Dont worry, with sysco you will have to send back 25% of the load because of quality issues and another 25% of it will be comped because it wasnt on the truck. Half the work in half the time!

Two options here, you’ve got fuck all to do to make you look busy so you grab the light stuff, like bags of mixed greens or whatever. Or, you be the delivery validator guy, check temps and the order sheet for longer than necessary (helps if you get the same driver every week).
